Community First Credit Union Selects Pegasystems' Solution for Customer Service
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 8 -- Pegasystems Inc. (Nasdaq:PEGA), today announced an agreement to provide its customer relationship management solution to Community First Credit Union. Based in Sydney, Australia, Community First will use Pegasystems' solution to manage enterprise-wide customer relationship information and streamline processing of lending and service interactions for its more than 50,000 members.
''Pegasystems will provide us with the means to improve our efficiency and reduce transaction and processing costs, while substantially enhancing our service levels,'' stated Ashley Cooper, Community First's Special Projects Manager. ''Credit unions rank highly on service delivery and customer satisfaction. This new system, which we expect to be in production by September of this year, will allow us to reengineer our processes. We estimate efficiency gains of greater than 60% with the new system.
