BUPA Selects Pegasystems to Deliver Improved Customer Service; Agreement with BUPA Strengthens Pegasystems' Position in the European Healthcare and Insurance Market

BUPA will be implementing Pegasystems' customer management system, which will help enable BUPA to manage complaints and support their customer loyalty program.
