American National Insurance Company Expands Use of BPM with Pegasystems

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – March 6, 2007 – Pegasystems Inc. With Pegasystems, ANICO has made significant improvements in contact center performance by enabling legacy system data reuse, reducing agent training time, ensuring consistent delivery of information and eliminating redundant work processes. The latest version of the SmartBPM Suite, in concert with the Customer Process Manager (CPM) framework for customer service, will enable ANICO to realize additional benefits and drive future results.
