Hayden is responsible for all go-to-market functions including Pega’s corporate strategy, operations, marketing, partners/alliances, sales, client success, and consulting functions.
Hayden brings a unique perspective to his role having more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions at software giants including Microsoft, Salesforce, and IBM. He has a proven track record of building effective global teams and driving transformative growth. Hayden is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that champions diversity and allyship in the workplace.
Prior to Pega, Hayden was at Microsoft where he was Corporate Vice President of global Microsoft business applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365), responsible for go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution. In this role, he drove over 300% revenue growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and grew Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud product revenue over 10x.
Before Microsoft, Hayden was Senior Vice President of industry business solution sales at Salesforce.com, where he built their industry business unit and drove sales execution across key industries. He was also Vice President and Managing Director of the financial services business unit at IBM, responsible for overall strategy, global profit, revenue, services delivery, and client satisfaction for key financial markets and retail banking customers. Earlier in Hayden’s career, he was a management consultant at Ernst & Young.
Hayden holds an MBA in strategy and business policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Saint Lawrence University.
