Vodafone 2020: Systems of Differentiation

Vodafone Group is going through the largest transformation in its history. In Vodafone’s 2020 strategy, there is a deep focus on building systems of differentiation - applications that create distinction in the market. This program is expected to reduce costs by 40%, increase efficiencies by 35% and unify experiences across customer journeys.

The first application in the program is a Bid Management application built on Pega. It promises to improve the B2B sales experience by delivering faster, higher quality bids that contribute to higher conversation rates and lower cost of sales.
