Alfa-Bank sought to transform the sales function in the bank by adding new functionality on all levels: management, sales and partners. Pipeline management and structured sales cycle are the key breakthroughs of the new Alfa 3.0 initiative which is focused on relationship management. Alfa-Bank extended their Pega implementation by deploying Pega Sales Automation on top of Pega Marketing, Pega Customer Service and the Pega 7 Platform, and the solution is being rolled out in both Retail and Corporate segments.
