Digital End-to-End: How Zurich Attained Top 3 Status by Delivering Fully Automated Digital Services for Brokers

Zurich Switzerland was challenged with reducing the complexity of their employee’s working environment, as well as providing a B2B portal for building a fundamentally new relationship with their brokers. Zurich aimed to simplify, standardize and digitize their processes for quoting, policy, commission, invoicing, service, and claims between Zurich, its employees and its brokers, using Pega.

The goal of the project was the unified, end-to-end automation of their insurance environment. With Pega, Zurich took the first mover advantage, to be one of the very first insurers to provide fully automated, end-to-end core processes through Pega’s unified Platform. They have now improved response times, increased service quality, and moved into the top 3 insurers in the Broker ranking.
