In June 2015, The AA commenced a multi-stream Transformation Program based on Pega technology, intended to move the organization from product centric to customer centric and revolutionize the customer experience. The program delivers new digital, marketing and IT capabilities to replacing the CRM, product and policy layers and is designed to transform the organization end-to-end, creating a central framework for subsequent projects. This presentation will examine the objectives, scope of work, challenges, successes, trials and achievements of this ambitious Pega program two years into the transform.
