Partner Sales Enablement Program Lead

The Position:
Partner sales enablement is an important function to Pega’s continued growth and success, providing the ability to gain mindshare and increase loyalty across our global Alliances community. This position is a key resource to both the Global Alliances Sales community and the partner ecosystem. This position will elevate and evolve not only the digital, on-demand, self-serve sales enablement assets and processes available for partners, but also bring improved focus and quality to face-to-face workshops.
In this role, you will: 

  • Establish and manage the partner on-boarding process, for both new partners and new employees at existing partners, designed to accelerate time to revenue, e.g., quarterly on-boarding webinar for new partners
  • Maintain Partner Sales Enablement Learning Paths, ensuring all current GSE courses are properly integrated. Establish a sales badging program for partners, and provide on-going management of the program
  • Represent Alliance sales organization across all Global Sales Enablement initiatives
  • Identify additional ways to increase awareness to partners of sales enablement assets, e.g., creating an Enablement Newsletter to periodically send to partner community, establishing a social media presence for Pega Partner Sales Enablement, etc.
  • Work with Alliance Executives to identify partner teams to influence/improve awareness of Pega capabilities
  • Drive adoption and utilization of Pega’s existing digital sales assets throughout partner community
  • Advocate on behalf of partner community in product/content development cycles, ensuring partner needs are included in sales asset creation/delivery
  • Represent Alliance sales organization across all Global Sales Enablement initiatives
  • Identify best in class ways to reach partners with sales messaging/assets/training
  • Provide personalized level of service to Platinum partners in region
  • Monitor utilization of assets, and provide reports to Alliance leadership
  • Ensure consistency of web-based assets available to partners
  • Manage oversight of Partner Sales Enablement metrics, dashboard and communication of same

The Person:
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to be part of an expanding organization and recognizes the value an indirect model, and the Alliances community, in particular, provides to Pega. This individual is exceptional at managing multiple projects and flawless execution.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field
  • Familiarity of an indirect go to market model
  • 5+ years’ experience in Global Alliance and/or Channel function, e.g., sales, partner program management, enablement
  • Excellence in program or project management
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to advocate for partner needs across all Pega functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications & Tableau Software
  • Ability to establish priorities and be self-motivated
  • Experience working in an Enterprise Software company
  • Experience working in a Global System Integrator firm
  • Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects at once, and manage to shifting priorities
  • Understanding of social media platforms and how to use to the advantage of partner sales enablement activities, initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizations, at partners and Pega, and identify areas of opportunity for partner inclusion/engagement
