The Position:

Working as a key member of the product management team, you will act as an expert storyteller representing the voice of the customer in your ownership of several of our digital self-service focused engagement channels, for example: https://www.pega.com/products/crm-applications/customer-service/self-service-advisor. You will translate market needs into clearly defined and detailed product use cases and requirements for strategic components of the Pega product family.
 
In this role, you will:

  • Apply research based on data, customers, and competition to facilitate rapid experimentation around new concepts and create a framework for prioritizing difficult product choices
  • Partner with product development to communicate product requirements and determine viable development strategies, deliverables, and release dates in your ownership of highly innovative and differentiated digital customer service channels, extensions and capabilities

The Person:

You understand digital customer service applications and their pain points, while bringing your skills and insight to the table to help make our product better. You have deep empathy for the customer and the quality of the customer experience with standards never dropping below “awesome.”  
 
Qualifications will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of Product Management/Product Marketing experience working on a modern digital customer focused application
  • Ability to make timely and effective decisions that produce results through effort generated by strategic and tactical planning
  • Being high energy, demonstrating your ability to move quickly in a demanding environment and why fast is better than perfect
