Pega Cloud Architect is a business minded individual with a profound understanding of cloud technologies, who helps customers transforming their business in their digital transformation journey. A Cloud Architect works cross-functionally with Sales, Consulting, Marketing and Product Management to evangelize Pega Cloud adoption to customers.

PEGA Cloud Architects are customer-facing enterprise domain experts, applying broad technical skills, with deep industry knowledge and business acumen, supporting sales teams in developing Cloud value propositions that align to our customers’ business strategies on digital transformation and cloud adoption.

The Architect advocates for Pega platform by presenting Pega Cloud solutions at industry conferences and Pega events. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, conducting cloud readiness assessments, identify key customer technical objections, and developing the strategy to resolve technical roadblocks
  • Support opportunities by providing best practices advice & guidance on cloud migration strategies, integration, sizing, performance tuning, and deployment
  • Provide Cloud Architecture, Security and Compliance expertise to the Sales teams on specific opportunities
  • Leverage your knowledge of the Pega Platform, enterprise technologies, and cloud offerings to be seen as a thought leader and trusted advisor by customers, prospects, and partners
  • Follow developments and trends in enterprise technology and cloud offerings to identify key technology drivers and risks that could have an impact on Pega product positioning, opportunity pursuits, or account radiation
  • Formulate architectural solutions based on Pega Cloud offerings for addressing Pega customers’ needs and architectural requirements

 

Who you are:

This person will act as a partner across multiple sales teams and be able to convey Pega’s ability to solve business problems with our software solutions, and provider answers to technical questions and objections. This person has experience leading the sale of enterprise-level software to Fortune 500 clients. Most importantly, this person will have a dynamic personality and has the passion to succeed within a highly demanding and challenging environment

 

What You've Accomplished:

  • Strong experience plus experience within the targeted industry
  • Design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
  • Professional experience architecting solutions built on Cloud
  • Experience in Pega solutions
  • Solution sales experience
