What You’ll Do at Pega:
Drive successful outcomes for all projects in your portfolio. This includes Partner Led, Client Led or Pega Led projects. A successful outcome means that the client realized the business benefit of the solution, and that the outcome increased the propensity of the client buying additional software from Pega.
Contribute and help to drive the Healthcare and Life Sciences business strategy across the organization.
Lead a team of Consulting Solutions Executives who are responsible for selling Pega Consulting services and collaborate with the delivery organization in the conduct of consulting engagements.
Work with the Sales Directors and Account Executives in support of new license and services opportunities
Ensure that the core Business Development activities are followed
Who You Are:
You have proven experience in professional services business development. You are a natural, fast paced learner able to turn out solutions of your own initiative and are comfortable positioning as an educator equipped to offer large accounts practical solutions to relevant industry challenges.
What You’ve Accomplished:
BA/BS - Business or Technical Degree
15+ years of experience in professional services delivery or business development role
Expertise in the Healthcare Industry
Determined work distribution and oversight for team members
Coached and mentored team members
