Pega is growing, and we’re investing in our digital selling program and capabilities to accelerate our sales growth by adding another team in our Alpharetta, GA office. If you’re a seasoned professional in presales solutions consulting or equivalent and would enjoy growing and developing this team, then this role at Pega is for you.
As the Solutions Consulting Manager, you will assist in expanding our Digital Solutions Consulting program, hiring a team of top-notch individuals starting their careers in Solutions Consulting, and leading them through the program. Through continuous coaching, feedback, and other Pega enablement resources, you’ll guide them through an immersive program of extensive learning, customer engagement, and other activities as you prepare them for a role in the field. A major component of the program is leading the team’s efforts to support sales, marketing and other functions, including delivering demos across our Platform, AI, Robotics and CRM solutions, our Pega In Action webinar series, marketing events, & other activities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and prepare individuals with the skills and abilities to transition to a field Solutions Consultant role.
- Coach & mentor directs in the planning, execution, and follow-up of customer activities, including product demonstrations, RFx, webinars, marketing events, and other activities.
- Work with product teams, leadership, and other resources to ensure support & success of your team’s activities and needs.

You have demonstrated experience in a similar role managing and /or building a team of Solutions Consultants within a growing organization. Throughout your career you have developed the ability to manage complex initiatives, whilst effectively leading people and teams. You are passionate about people & technology, You have technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development. You enjoy growing and developing people towards successful careers in Solutions Consulting.
Qualifications will include:
- Managed pre-sales/Solutions Consulting teams and helped them develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems
- Delivered customer focused PoCs and custom demonstrations
- Provided thought leadership in technology solutions
- 5+ years of experience working with leading enterprise technology
