Picture Yourself at Pega:

You will be an expert in conveying the value proposition of software to marketing executives at some of North America’s most reputable companies. You will work with stake holders on their digital marketing, decision management, inbound & real time marketing, predictive analytics & data mining or campaign management solutions. Your technical innovation skills will have a huge business impact both in revenue and change. You will be able to take initiative in a result’s driven, team environment.

What You'll Do at Pega:
  • Identify and develop Pega marketing / decisioning opportunities within new accounts and prospects especially at the CMO level
  • Meet with CMOs to help them understand how the Pega solutions, can help them solve their largest customer engagement needs
  • Provide insight to the customer as the basis of the commercial conversation, teaching customers something new/valuable about how to compete in their market
  • Collaborate with existing Pega EMEA or North America sales teams
  • Facilitate strategic roadshow meetings with key accounts utilizing appropriate executive resources
  • Work with Pega’s partners to generate Pega value propositions, execute the “sell with” model with partners
  • Perform the account research to know which partners could drive business in their target accounts
Who You Are:

A motivated consultative enterprise sales executive, driven to add value to your clients and their business process automation strategies. You have a thorough understanding of the Digital Marketing Landscape and enjoy building strong relationships that will contribute to the success of your clients and Pega.

  • 10 + years of direct enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services / Banking industry
  • Understanding of the Financial Crime space
  • SME in Digital Marketing / Decisioning
  • Solid foundation in account management, radiation and pipelining
  • Demonstrated Consulting skills with Business leadership within blue chip organizations
  • Skilled in leveraging partner organizations
What You've Accomplished:
  • 10 + years selling complex software solutions
  • Track record of challenging and improving a customer’s way of doing business
  • SME in banking, financial services and associated regulations (financial crime focus)
  • Technically-current in business automation
  • Outstanding presenter
