Pega is expanding their Sales Operations in India and would like to invite applicants with Sales Operations background. The candidate will be responsible for all applications access related queries and also be working on customer hierarchy. The successful candidate will closely with Cambridge team and the team here. This is going to be pilot team for Sales Operations.

- Be responsible for assigning Account/Rep
- Own all the Tier 1 support for Sales Automation tool
- Work with Dev team to fix the bugs
- Create and update users on SFDC tool
- Work on designing the Customer hierarchy on the Sales Data
- Collect the data & develop the metrics
- Hold the responsibility to manage New Contact request submissions
- Lead research and assignment
You are a highly collaborative team player and innovative, passionate about directly contributing to the future of Sales Organization
- Graduation in any stream
- 1 - 3 Years in Data Mining, Data Governance & Data Quality
- Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver
- Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge in Sales tools/systems
- Continuous learning and development
- Customer service orientation
You have strong experience and understanding of Data
Have strong experience working on Excel and Powerpoint
Have created and assigned the users in tool
