As a key member of the BeNeLux Solution Consultant team, you will work with a passionate group of sales professionals throughout the life cycle of the campaign and own all technical activities required at different stages within the sales life cycle.

In this role, you’ll help us assisting in lead generation activity, pre-sales qualification steps, identification of business drivers and solution requirements, creation of technical demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), architecture presentations and ROI models until sales closure.



What You'll Do at Pega:


  • Propose technical and business solutions in support of sales campaigns and serve as the domain expert of proposed solutions to prospective clients
  • Assist the sales team with the radiation strategy into target accounts by building customer relationships
  • Collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups ensuring the successful execution of the sales strategy
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations



Who You Are:


You thrive off of working with prospective enterprise customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demos, presentations and follow up discussions. Your role is to successfully demonstrate and gain acceptance from key decision makers within the customer base that Pega’s solutions can solve their business problems.


  • Plenty of demonstratable sales consulting experience is essential 
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders on various software solutions and business problems, strong communication skills are essential
  • Knowledge of customising enterprise software demonstrations is essential 
  • Experience selling solutions to enterprise grade organisations
  • A fluency in the Dutch language will be useful

  • You’ve progressed opportunities through the qualification, definition, evaluation, proposal and closure of a sales cycle
  • You’ve been engaging with sales representatives to ensure a prospect’s business needs can be addressed with enterprise software solutions
  • A track record of customer engagement and prospects and understanding their objectives
  • Considered a trusted advisor and thought leader by your customer and prospects
