Who You Are:

You are an effective communicator and collaborator. Also, you demonstrate initiative and autonomy at work. On top of that:

•    You bring good practices around design patterns with you, which you can leverage to support our Pega Cloud with our "as-a-Service" evolution.
•    You are passionate about cloud technologies and well versed with AWS core concepts and services.
•    You have knowledge with infrastructure-as-code delivery model.
•    You can effectively work with release engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications.

•    Strong grasp of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
•    Having hands on DevOps, continuous integration and development (CI/CD) tools & Jenkins
•    Managing the development of deliverables into production environments
•    Maintaining release schedules for every core service and ensuring it aligns with major, minor, patches and other stakeholders.
•    Strong knowledge of Python, Golang, or Java
•    Very good understanding and experience in Cloud technologies, ideally with multi-cloud perspective (should present knowledge level of AWS Associate Architect or equivalent for Google or Azure)
•    Very good knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (Helm/Terraform/Cloudformation)
•    Very good knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes (having CKAD certification is a plus)
•    Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

Pega Offers You:

•    A highly collaborative environment for designing and development of new ideas and features.
•    An ever-changing business landscape that adapts, scales and performs.
•    A culture where employees engage deeply, own outcomes and lead from the front.
•    Many opportunities of development – on-boarding training, budget for conferences, area for own training initiatives, possibilities of working in other global offices or with other local teams for a few weeks.
•    Competitive salary and benefits package (bonus incentive, employee equity in the company, Medical and Group Insurance, Multisport/Cinema City Card, English lessons, Employee Assistance Program and that’s not all).
