From delivering an outstanding recruitment process, to onboarding new colleagues, you will have a huge impact on the day-to-day experiences of our candidates and employees.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate candidate information by maintaining high level of accuracy in our applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a seamless candidate onboarding process
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR employee queries to provide a prompt, robust People Experience.
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data with high level of accuracy and ensure all employment requirements are met

Who You Are:

You are an excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. You enjoy problem solving and coming up with better ways to get work done. You are highly motivated to provide best-in-class employee experiences!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in HR
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel
  • HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
  • Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong desire to learn about the Human Resources profession

  • Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting.
  • Developed a strong relationship among other professionals and senior management.
  • You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customers.
