This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and growing Human Resources team as a Senior People Operations Coordinator. You will be part of our global support team, working to drive a seamless employee experience at all levels of the organization.

You will have a huge impact on employee life cycle, process improvement and data integrity for our candidates and employees.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Manage and ensure compliance for Work Authorization Process for employees and international transfers in the AMS region
  • Manage Tier 2 People Operations inquiry support in our Service Management platform and self-manage the AMS service delivery to ensure we meet all SLAs
  • Support our Benefits Analyst in resolving benefits related inquiries and adhoc benefit administration activities
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies that will help create a positive experience for our employees. Collaborate with key People stakeholders for optimal service delivery
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with employees, candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data with high level of accuracy and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Manage compliance around operational controls and audit requests in conjunction with manager
  • Execute unemployment claim compliance administration
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity around employee records updates, mass requests, edit/correction data updates
  • Ensure standard operating procedures for AMS People Operations teams are maintained and created if needed
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Who You Are:

  • You are an excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. You enjoy problem solving and coming up with better ways to get work done. You are highly motivated to provide best-in-class employee experiences!
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience 2-3+ years’ experience in HR
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
  • Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong desire to learn about the Human Resources profession

  • Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting.
  • Developed a strong relationship among other administrative professionals and senior management. You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customers.
