The BDR program is an instrumental part of Pega’s go-to-market strategy, and the engine driving our global sales organization. You will have the opportunity to learn from dedicated Account Executive mentors while directly contributing to one of the most significant parts of an enterprise sales cycle, the top of the funnel. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Partner with dedicated Account Executive mentors to co-drive pipeline and deal velocity
  • Train and develop your fanatical prospecting muscle utilizing a structured training and development methodology
  • Operate with a highly coachable mindset to master intermediate selling techniques through a variety of training and enablement programs
  • Develop creative prospecting campaigns using tools including SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and others
  • Build dynamically strategic relationships with field sellers and sales leadership
  • Earn recognition through weekly/monthly metric attainment
  • Work through a transparent progression plan that leads to your next role as an Associate Sales Executive (ASE)!

What You've Accomplished:

  • 1-2+ years in a business development or closing role
  • Proven track record of consistent goal or quota attainment
  • Experience thriving in a team-centric environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
