Business Process Analyst, Renewals and Usage

Meet Our Team:

As a key contributor to the Pega Business Operations & Renewals team, you will report directly into our Sr. Manager of Renewals supporting our global business & renewals operations. This group is identifying improvement opportunities, prioritizing, and leading change initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the business. This an excellent opportunity to joining a group of highly talented individuals in a high impact role to drive change across the organization.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

You will be a go-to resource for the Renewals organization and client-facing teams, the Subscription Performance Analyst produces insights that advance our “as-a-Service” business. Part analyst, part technical expert, part client support resource, this position is a problem solver and insight generator through and through.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Design, create, maintain, and enhance performance reporting packages and dashboards for Renewals
  • Analyze trends and provide insights on Renewals performance, retention/churn, and process efficiency to support functional and business objectives
  • Partner with IT & functional teams to align process, data, and analytics methods to ensure consistent, timely, accurate reports.
  • Provides feedback to product management and go to market teams to enhance operational strategies
  • Demonstrates subject matter expertise in Pega tools and systems for usage validation and license consumption monitoring
  • Designs, implements, and maintains “white glove” dashboards for clients who require custom solutions
  • Responds to internal requests for support from account teams with a high level of customer service
  • Participates in client-facing interactions to provide technical support for self-service reporting tools
  • Participate in process improvement projects supporting strategic initiatives and business objectives
  • Create and maintain various repositories for reports, data and key information (including various knowledge management systems

Who You Are:

You believe that data wants to tell a story, and you enjoy bringing that story to life in a compelling visualization so that business leaders can make informed decisions. Just as comfortable debugging SQL as you are coaching client teams on how to use a dashboard, you can manage the intricate details of a project while keeping an eye on the high-level goals. You have innate curiosity to learn new tools and concepts, then apply them to provide a better client experience.

What You've Accomplished:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a rigorous quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years analytics, business intelligence, or reporting experience in technical organization
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, analytics, and data visualization techniques
  • Intellectual curiosity and initiative to develop additional skills and expertise over time
  • Experience with Amazon BI and Analytics services (e.g., Quicksight, Redshift, S3)
  • Experience in SaaS businesses, Renewals/Revenue Operations a plus
