The 1:1 Customer Engagement Solution Consultant is a presales product specialist in Decisioning and AI solutions. Provides thought leadership, evangelism and be a trusted advisor for one to one marketing and customer engagement, and responsible for empathic Artificial Intelligence. As a presales professional you will have a strong desire to support clients through digital transformation journeys, helping them translate business objectives into ground-breaking and cutting edge digital solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, partners and internal teams; helping them understand the value and potential of the Pega software.

You will work across multiple key accounts, collaborate closely with account teams, across the sales lifecycle. This includes account strategy and planning, prospecting, qualification, visioning & solutioning, opportunity discovery, business change, workshops, presentation and demos, business value assessments, RFx and PoC support, scoping and solution and radiation activities.

What You'll Do at Pega:

 

You will stay ahead of the curve and create reusable best practice value propositions, presentations, workshops and demos and share these with the team, SCs, sales, partners and clients. Inspire the sales team with solution strategy proposals into key target accounts. Build relationships with clients and partners to become a trusted partner and respected thought leader. Collaborate with product managers, Decisioning AI R&D, analysts, business officers, alliances & partners, and other groups ensuring the successful execution of the sales strategy.

A keen evangelist for one-to-one marketing, customer centricity, machine learning & AI solutions that benefit both consumers and enterprises. The person is curious and a lifelong learner; visionary yet realistic, strategic and hands on; empathic but not afraid to challenge; quantitative and creative; not just convincing but also persuasive; you engage up and down the ladder, in marketing and data & analytics organizations; and you love both customer centric business transformation and innovative AI Technologist.

What You've Accomplished:

 

  • Related Bachelor’s Degree
  • Software industry Expertise
  • Presales experience
  • Experience with B2C MarTech solutions, for example Pega, Adobe, SAS Customer Intelligence, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica or equivalent; alternatively, hands on experience with operationalization and customer friendly monetization of data science and AI
  • Experience in inbound, event based or real time marketing; or alternatively with responsible AI & Data Science in a customer marketing, sales or service context
  • Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
  • Experienced in sales methodologies and business transformation
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment, preferably sales or consulting
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, creative environments
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and high-quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers
  • Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge
