The Pega Discovery Network (PDN) is a private member community providing a wide variety of services to help you maximize the value of your investment in Pega technology. In the PDN, you will find access to:

  • Support — Once you have registered on the PDN, you can initiate support requests.
  • Education Services — Once you have registered on the PDN, you can register for Pega training.
  • Community Forums — Discussion forums offer a virtual gathering place for Pega customers and partners to share ideas, questions and insight with other members of the developer community. This service is provided to help you learn from subject matter experts about the full range of Pega products and supporting technologies.
  • Knowledgebase — The Pega knowledgebase has answers to hundreds of common questions you may have as you learn about Pega products and begin to develop or support Pega applications. The knowledgebase is divided into multiple categories to help you quickly find a relevant article.
  • Newsletter — The semi-monthly PDN Developer Newsletter highlights recent information and announcements including upcoming and archived webinars.
  • Documentation — All formal product documentation, including Release Notes, Installation Guides and Upgrade Guides are available in the “Our Products” section of the PDN.
  • Search — The PDN’s robust search engine with Advanced Search capabilities will help you quickly find the information you need.
  • Webinars— Live developer webinars are held monthly and are archived on the site. As a PDN member, you will receive invitations for upcoming events as they are scheduled.

How to Access the PDN

To access the PDN, you must be a Pegasystems’ customer or partner. You can register at http://pdn.pega.com using your professional company email address. This information is required to become a member of the PDN or to register for Pegasystems’ authorized training.
