ING: Expanding distribution channels and driving new business in life insurance

Paweł Brzeski, CIO, ING Insurance Poland came to PegaWORLD in Dallas, and in this podcast interview he discusses how he and his team used Pega to transform their operations. They achieved an 80% re-use rate, and cut the time to train a solutioin developer to only two months. ING Life & Pensions Poland has $17 billion assetts under management and 3 million customers in its Pension Fund and approximately $700 million gross written premiums  and  700 thousand life insurance customers.
