AES combines platform-level and BPM-level enterprise monitoring in a single web-based tool to provide system managers with a mechanism to preventively and proactively manage Pega BPM application and system performance, availability, and health.

AES uses Pega BPM activities, processes, and rules to monitor and report on key service levels and business transactions. As patterns occur among key alerts and exceptions, AES creates work objects in the AES Manager portal. AES provides detailed alerts and recommendations for corrective action. Managers and system administrators use this information to assign investigations and perform remediation. AES tracks problem resolution for quantitative and qualitative assessments of service and performance, and for future audits.
