The Adaptive Decision Service is an extension of Pega’s Predictive Analytics technology to adaptively establish customer preferences in a real-time environment with real-time customer response. Due to its adaptive nature, no initial collection of data is necessary. The Adaptive Decision Service uses J2EE technology for clustering and reliability.
