How do I enable "cookies" for the Pegasystems website?
If you have administrative privileges on your computer, you can follow the instructions below to enable cookies. If you do not, feel free to copy and forward the instructions to your IT support resources for them to perform. Please note that these instructions below are based on Windows XP, but they should be easily translatable to your Windows platform. For other operating systems, please refer to your system administrator.

Internet Explorer:

1. To start, close all open browsers. Sometimes a pop-up window hides itself from view but is really still open. Use the Alt-Tab keys to look through the open windows and close them with Alt-F4 keys if they are invisible.
2. Open a new browser window.
3. From the "Tools" menu at the top of the window, select "Internet Options…".
4. Select the "Privacy" tab.
5. If the vertical slider is set to "Block All Cookies", lower it to "High".
6. Click the "Sites…" button. This opens the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
7. In the text box entitled "Address of Web site", type "http://www.pega.com".
8. Click the "Allow" button.
9. Click "OK" to close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
10. Click "OK" again to close the "Internet Options" window.
11. Direct the browser to http://www.pega.com.
12. Sign in using your e-mail address (and password, if you have one).

Netscape/Mozilla:

1. Direct the browser to http://www.pega.com.
2. From the "Tools" menu at the top of the window, select "Options".
3. Select the "Privacy" tab at the top.
4. Select the "Cookies" tab in the middle of the "Privacy" page.
5. Check "Allow sites to set Cookies".
6. Optionally, check the "for originating sites only" and "unless I have removed cookies set by this site" checkboxes (this will be more secure, but could restrict some functionality).
7. Click the "OK" button.
8. Sign in using your e-mail address (and password, if you have one).
