CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – June 18, 2012 – Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the leader in Business Process Management (BPM) and software for customer centricity, today announced a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, maintaining the company's current dividend program, payable on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 2, 2012.
