Our PegaWORLD team is hard at work planning PegaWORLD 2011. They want to make this PegaWORLD the biggest and best event yet. As the planning is underway, now is your chance to share your thoughts and and help us develop the agenda.

I’d like to add the some affirmation, I am former Chordiant Marketing Director (more 10 years), now that Pega has acquired it. What are the plans for integrating this product into PRPC? I would like to learn more about how you plan to mesh these products and utilize the strengths of both.

Since System Admin classes for V6.1 will not be available until 3rd quarter of 2011, it would be nice to see sessions addressing 6.1 topics such as installation, performance tuning and system health monitoring.
Migrating from a previous version of PRPC to 6.1, benefits of AES and Unit Test components would aslo be nice to see.
Speakers from Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield were choosing between numerous presentation topics including lessons from their upgrade experience (moving from PRPC 5.4 to 6.1 sp2). They've chosen to present insights into their auto governance tool instead, but you can connect with them at the event to discuss the upgrade topic in person.
To address the comment on Marketing Director, Pega is hosting a special lunch on Monday, June 6th at PegaWORLD on Marketing Technology. Leonardo Carbonara, Director, Solutions Architect, and I will be co-hosting this special meetup lunch session. The intent of the meetup is a casual time for both Business and IT leaders involved in marketing initiatives to network and share experiences in building successful programs within their companies. We’ll also be sharing with you the roadmap for our Marketing Director product, as well as discuss the plans for our next generation marketing solution. We hope this will be a fourm to incubate and drive creative leadership in your marketing practices.
