Special Team Discount! When registering online, once you have registered four people from your company, the fifth registration will be free. All members of the group must register at the same time to receive the discount. The sixth and/or consecutive registrations will be charged at full price until the special promotion criteria (buy 4 get one free) is met again. The fees for all registrants in the group will be added together and charged to the first person in the group. No other discounts apply. If all members cannot register at one time or must pay separately, please contact our registration team at pegaworld2013@pega.com or phone 877-732-5151. Once registration closes, the PegaWORLD 2013 Registration Team reserves the right to review the group attendee count. If we find it necessary to recalculate your registration fee, your credit card will be charged or refunded the additional amount. In the event that an individual within a "group discount" cancels, the regular conference rates (depending on when the individuals registered) will apply to the remaining group member(s).

Cancellation FeesNov 1, 2012 - May 20, 2013Registrations may be refunded, if the cancellation is made in writing up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event (05/20/2013). Cancellations received within 15 business days of an event or non-attendance will not be refunded. |
Substitution PolicySubstitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. |

Pegasystems receipt of registration and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Registration and payments that are not accepted will be returned. |
