What do Adaptive Enterprises, Customer Centricity, and PegaWORLD Have in Common?

May 22 2012 | Author: Setrag Khoshafian

The unification of actionable decisioning and dynamic case management is empowering enterprises to become more adaptive.  “Adaptive BPM” comprises the platform, solutions, best practices, methodologies and governance for adaptive enterprises.  In order to remain customer-centric, organizations need to think about “adaptation” and agility holistically, both from data-centric as well as process-centric perspectives.  One complements the other.  The data-centric perspective continuously extracts insight from data and acts upon it through intelligent decisions.  The process-centric perspective provides the context of the decisions through continuous discovery, situational execution, and automation of dynamic cases.  This holistic end-to-end treatment of adaptive enterprises is the topic of a recent white paper. The paper covers comprehensively and holistically all aspects of adaptive BPM solutions for customer centricity, including:

  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing measurable business objectives,
  • Continuous innovations through re-use and specialized, contextual and situational solutions,
  • Continuously improving automated work through dynamic case management,
  • Continuously gaining insight, learning, and adapting with better decisions, and
  • Continuously visualizing, simulating and optimizing decision priorities.

The ability to continuously adapt is becoming critical, especially in the current economic climate.  In order to stay competitive, organizations need to become more agile with increasingly demanding customers. Customer centricity is the focus of this year’s PegaWORLD 2012.  We will also cover customer-centric adaptive enterprises with demos during a deep-dive workshop with the same title.

I am looking forward to PegaWORLD, to say the least: there will be stimulating keynotes on customer centricity from industry thought leaders, and most importantly case studies in many industries from leading organizations around the globe transforming their enterprises with Pega. Hope to see you in Dallas!
