Pegasystems Demos Business-Process-Centric CRM Solution at 4G World

Massachusetts-based CRM solutions provider Pegasystems demonstrated its new Unified Desktop for Communications at 4G World on Monday; their solution will allow CSPs to tailor CRM to their own needs.

According to Pegasystems, Unified Desktop for Communications combines guided processing, context-sensitive customer visibility and dynamic case management for work fulfillment in one package which enables CSPs to predict and adapt to customer behavior and need.
