CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – March 20, 2009 – Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) today announced a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, maintaining the company's current dividend program, payable on April 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2009.
